With over a decade of experience developing revolutionary diagnostic technology before the pandemic hit, Cue® was able to swiftly pivot production to create COVID-19 tests. In record time, we helped them launch both the brand and their first product to the public during a time of heightened demand. We also supported their quest for funding and their rapid growth from a small company of less than a hundred employees to a public organization of close to 1500 with international presence.
As a relative newcomer in the orthodontic space, InBrace® had a lot to prove. But they also had the technology to back it up. Their revolutionary Smartwire® is tucked discreetly behind teeth and made to transform the patient experience from day one. Our goal was to build both market awareness among consumers and adoption by orthodontists as a treatment mode. Our work consisted of equal parts consumer awareness and orthodontist support as InBrace expanded markets.
As a highly sophisticated healthcare diagnostic system, Cue needed a visual identity that was clear, concise, modern and relatable. From establishing the original brand guidelines that all partners would follow to creating the look and feel for all web properties to defining the brand tone of voice and refining the packaging, we helped evolve almost every touch point.
Our mobile-first approach for digital design included thorough UX and content strategy, ensuring that visitors to Cue’s websites were met with an experience that was fluid, clear and welcoming — much like the testing process itself.
Our evolution of the Cue packaging expanded the system to include new tests and products and strategically introduced color to differentiate between offerings yet maintained the clean, sophisticated look of the brand.
For Cue’s very first direct-to-consumer e-commerce shop, we designed a streamlined experience that educated consumers about Cue and helped them confidently purchase Cue products or memberships.
As the majority of Cue’s business came from large enterprise contracts, we
worked closely with their B2B sales team to develop collateral, including
brochures and customized websites, to support these partnerships.
Clear UX and clean design keeps the focus on the vital information contained within the Cue Health App such as the step-by-step testing instructions and test results.
From the S1 to the roadshow to the Nasdaq announcement, we helped Cue achieve and celebrate their momentous IPO and bring their mission to the open market.
